Purpose

The purpose of Church Strengthener ministries is to help Pastors. We further believe that the strength of any healthy church comes through the proper design and ministry of Sunday School or Small Groups. A church with a strong ministry in this area will bring glory to our Lord by fulfilling all the purposes of the church.

We consider ourselves “missionaries TO the Church”. God has laid a burden on our hearts for Pastors, His chosen shepherd of the church body. We have special empathy for these men of God who serve within our churches and tend to be stretched thin. Our aim is to come alongside and assist them in any way we can, whether it be leadership training, discipleship, administration, small group coordination, encouragement or prayer. During our stay with a particular church, we are careful to follow the Lord’s leading. The length of time we spend in one place may be days, weeks or years depending on the needs and desires of that Pastor. In addition, we are willing to make follow-up visits as requested.
